What is the Canadian Real Estate Action Plan?
The Canadian Real Estate Action Plan is a program developed by Peter Kinch to help real estate investors develop a 3-phase Action Plan to create a real estate portfolio. Peter reverse engineers the process so that you start with the end result in mind; clarify your goals and then work backwards in order to identify your obstacles. This unique approach allows you to develop strategies to overcome your obstacles before you encounter them. This allows you to invest with clarity knowing that each decision you make is consistent and congruent with the goals you hope to accomplish.
You will walk away at the end of the day with a business plan for developing your real estate portfolio and the knowledge to invest with confidence.
